If anything defines Villanueva de la Cañada, it is its commitment to education, and proof of this is the establishment, within the municipal area, of the Alfonso X el Sabio and Camilo José Cela universities. The understated and elegant design of the façades, combining a smooth white finish with the arrangement of the windows, gives the homes a distinctive and functional appearance, as well as making optimal use of natural light.
The basement level is divided into a garage area, with ample space for vehicles, a communal utility room, and a service toilet. It features vehicle access via a motorised door. On the ground floor, the flats facing the communal areas have terraces for private use.
