Esférica Inversiones SICC is the first investment vehicle promoted by Atalaya Investment Management, a management company authorised by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), with a mandate to facilitate collective investment in real estate opportunities.
Esférica Inversiones is managed by a multidisciplinary team of professionals with extensive experience across the investment and real estate sectors.
We apply a rigorous and prudent methodology that enables us to structure and execute real-economy investment projects, offering professional investors the opportunity to generate returns on their capital within a secure framework.

Returns, Security and Transparency

Esférica Inversiones is a Spanish public limited company registered since 2019 with the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

In addition, our projects are managed transparently and in accordance with objective criteria, with the aim of maximising returns while minimising risk.

The multidisciplinary team managing Esférica Inversiones has developed a methodology that enables it to oversee every stage of the investment process, with the objective of delivering returns significantly above market levels:

  • Selects investment opportunities in real estate assets across Spain.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis of each opportunity to assess its feasibility and verify that it meets the investment vehicle’s return standards and risk thresholds.
  • Submits the project to the Investment Committee, whose approval is required before launch.
  • Executes the investment and monitors its progress.
  • Proceeds with the sale of the equity interests and acquired assets in order to complete the divestment.
  • Returns the invested capital together with the corresponding return.

Esférica Inversiones’ mission is to facilitate collective investment in secure real estate assets. Accordingly, the various projects are managed in a transparent and participatory manner.

Investors receive full information on all projects, enabling them to understand in detail how and where their capital is invested. They also participate in decision-making through the Investors’ Committee, which must approve by majority vote each investment carried out through this vehicle.

At Esférica Inversiones, we recognise the importance of working with leading firms in investment management and the real estate sector.

For this reason, this investment vehicle is managed by Atalaya Invest Management, a management company comprising executives specialised in opportunity identification, project assessment, risk control and the management of investments through to divestment.

In addition, we have established a regulated strategic alliance with Desarrolla, a benchmark company in the real estate sector whose extensive industry expertise and nationwide presence enable us to manage and enhance the value of all assets in which we invest with maximum efficiency.
