Esférica Inversiones is a Spanish public limited company registered since 2019 with the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
In addition, our projects are managed transparently and in accordance with objective criteria, with the aim of maximising returns while minimising risk.
End-to-End Investment Project Management
The multidisciplinary team managing Esférica Inversiones has developed a methodology that enables it to oversee every stage of the investment process, with the objective of delivering returns significantly above market levels:
- Selects investment opportunities in real estate assets across Spain.
- Conducts in-depth analysis of each opportunity to assess its feasibility and verify that it meets the investment vehicle’s return standards and risk thresholds.
- Submits the project to the Investment Committee, whose approval is required before launch.
- Executes the investment and monitors its progress.
- Proceeds with the sale of the equity interests and acquired assets in order to complete the divestment.
- Returns the invested capital together with the corresponding return.
Investors Participate in Decision-Making
Esférica Inversiones’ mission is to facilitate collective investment in secure real estate assets. Accordingly, the various projects are managed in a transparent and participatory manner.
Investors receive full information on all projects, enabling them to understand in detail how and where their capital is invested. They also participate in decision-making through the Investors’ Committee, which must approve by majority vote each investment carried out through this vehicle.
